ORA-00403: string (string) is not the same as other instances (string)

Cause: Another instance has set the compatible or compatible no recovery parameters differently than this instance.

Action: Change the parameters of the current instance to match other instances already running.

ORA-00403错误表示，在执行某些操作时，数据库发现在操作它所连接的实例（例如字典中的普通视图）时发现其与其他实例不一致。提示中的字符串是错误发生时正在检查的数据库/常量值，这些值应该在所有参与会话中相同。

正常处理方法及步骤

1. 首先检查实例是否版本一致，如不一致，升级至同一版本的数据库；

2. 在升级过程中，实例和控制文件以及库内表空间都需要更新；

3. 更新完成后，仔细检查一遍实例是否还存在数据元素不一致的情况；

4. 将所有实例再次对比，以确保它们之间没有差异；

5. 如果实例间仍存在差异，请使用dbms_cluster_interconnect命令和catissue_command去调整实例间的表空间；

6. 如果实例间仍存在差异，可以使用Data Pump来同步数据，或使用Data Guard把异常环境恢复到正常；

7. 重新启动所有参与会话的实例以确保它们同步运行。
