Cause: An attempt was made to enable a thread that is already enabled.

Action: Either use this thread or enable another thread.

ORA-01612: instance string (thread string) 已启用

ORA-01612 由在启动实例后多次尝试启动实例引发。

ORA-01612 可能在尝试在同一实例上再次启动实例时发生，如在创建一个单实例实例时，尝试多次再次启动实例。

正常处理方法及步骤

1.通过查询V$instance 和V$thread 表来确认实例thread 已经启动。

2.检查错误日志（alert.log）来查看实例是否已经成功启动，未看到成功实例启动的记录。

3.如果仍有异常，则重新启动实例。关闭实例时，务必记得关闭所有受影响的服务，如消息队列等。
