解决Apache启动错误：Could not reliably determine the server‘s fully qualified domain name, using fe80f8163e

背景：每次httpd服务都会莫名的停止，然后查看日志，日志内容如下：
Could not reliably determine the server’s fully qualified domain name, using fe80::f816:3eff:fe37:f41e. Set the ‘ServerName’ directive globally to suppress this message

翻译了一下：

无法可靠地确定服务器的完全合格域名，使用fe80::f816:3eff:fe37:f41e。全局设置ServerName指令来禁止此消息

• 意思大概就是ServerName设置的有问题，我检查了一下我的配置，发现我的ServerName配置是默认的，所以这里修改一下
  1） 将ServerName 改为127.0.0.1:8003（端口根据实际情况
  
  2） 保存退出重启一下httpd服务

    systemctl restart httpd
