Discourse 在发布主题的时候，在默认情况下会遇到：
An error occurred: Title seems unclear, did you mean to enter it in ALL CAPS?
的提示。
问题和解决
出现这个问题的原因是 Discourse 在默认的情况下是不允许标题和正文全部为大写字母的。
可以在后台搜索 allow all.
然后选择 Allow all caps in a topic title or a post body. 这个选项后保存退出。
在前台再尝试更新下标题，就可以解决这个问题了。
