司空见惯 - 参加VOE问卷调查

最近公司裁员裁了好几轮，很是影响员工的工作心情和士气。我们集团的总裁还来视察了下，与我们当地市里一把手还进行了会面，可能也有公司的战略调整有关。

我们自然管不了那么多，裁就裁了，我们毕竟是很正规的外企，世界500强呢，赔偿拿到手，算个大礼包，继续找下家就是了。

外企其实很多方面做的很完善的，正当人心惶惶时，就又来了一轮VOE (Voice of the Employee#)，就是员工满意度测试，之前也做过几次的，不过当下就显得有些敏感了。

做这个调查问卷，当然是外包给第三方的专业公司做的，链接发出来，再转到调查页面，显示logo是Glint。
