Requirement

It is expected that the field label in product overview page could be customized.

 

 

 

1. Put focus on any one of fields in General Data area, and click F2 to view technical detail:

 

 

 

2. go to customizing below:

 

 

 

create a new role configuration key:

 

 

 

3. copy a new business role from TPM_PRO:

 

 

 

Use the new role configuration key created in step2:

 

 

 

4. use tcode BSP_WD_CMPWB to open view PRDHS.Header. Choose the first configuration:

 

 

 

Click copy configuration button and specify the following settings:

 

 

 

Now it is allowed to change the field label via configuration:

 

 

 

5. log on ui with new created business role:

 

 

 

and you could see the customized label:
