- Trust advisor cannot change the service limit
- Using AWS Service Quotas can do
- Based on how much dollar you want to spend montly
- Instance saving plan, same instance family but different type
- Compute saving plan, different instance family
- If you enable S3 requester pays, and you allow assumed role for another account, account owner need to pay the price.
- Instaed, you need to use Bucket policy
