导入anaconda中库报错的原因与解决方法

导入Anaconda中的第三方库运行时报错：ImportError: Missing required dependencies ['pandas']

likely you are trying to import a failed build of numpy.

     - how you installed Python
     - how you installed numpy
     - your operating system
     - whether or not you have multiple versions of Python installed
